By using Devscape’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Devscape provides software development, web design, and digital solution services as outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Project Agreements

Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules will be detailed in separate project agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the completed work as specified in project agreements. Devscape retains rights to underlying frameworks and reusable code.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are project-specific. Late payments may result in project pausing or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Devscape’s liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during projects.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law.
